RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 2 calendar weeks from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund Process

Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at enigma.info24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable.

These include:

1) Gift cards
2) Items purchased with a discount code
3) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1) Check your bank account again.
2) Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Duties and Taxes

Enigma Couture is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, ensuring that you can enjoy our products without any additional shipping costs. However, it's important to note that while we cover the shipping expenses, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy and Security

You are responsible for ensuring that any registration details you provide are accurate and up-to-date. If you create or are assigned a log-on ID (such as a username and password or other identifier) as part of our security procedures, you must keep this information confidential and must not disclose it to anyone else. You are accountable for all activities that occur under your log-on ID. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your log-on ID or any other security breach, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to disable any log-on ID at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions, or if any information you provide during registration proves to be false or misleading.
